Use: Standard design for use on shipping containers and offshore containers. Weld on brackets and keepers provides extra security. Fits left hand or right hand doors and can be mounted horizontally or vertically.

Door gear was a revamp of an old Bloxwich model. Designed by Bloxwich in 1968. This is the original and still the best container door gear and it became standard on every shipping container. As a result of its type approval and widespread use on the shipping containers BE2566M became the standard door gear used all different shapes and sizes of offshore containers, side door baskets and end door baskets. On self colour kits all parts are supplied self colour, on zinc plated kits all parts are supplied zinc plated but on galvanised kits only the bolt on items are galvanised and the weld on items are supplied in self colour for ease of welding.
