Bloxwich Standard Patent Design Mild Steel Door Gear: B1000, Ø22mm Door Locking Gear, Bushed, Bolt on Brackets & Keepers with Small Forged Handle
Supplied in: Mild steel self colour, zinc plated or galvanised*.
Use: Multipurpose door gear. Commonly used on LCV doors, horseboxes, offshore mud skip lids, access panels and storage cabinets etc. Fits left hand or right hand doors and can be mounted horizontally or vertically.
Key Features: Lightweight, low profile provides excellent gather and anti-racking, adjustable bearing bracket positions. Additional anti racking rings (BCP11244) if required can be added to position the outer bearing brackets further away from the cams and keepers.

On self colour kits all parts are supplied self colour, on zinc plated kits all parts are supplied zinc plated but on galvanised kits only the bolt on items are galvanised and the weld on items are supplied in self colour for ease of welding. Door gear standard handle options are not available on all models.
Fixing kt contains 5 M8 x 35 set screw (BCP13283), 13 M8 x 30 set screws (BCP13282), 18 flat washers (BCP13281) & 18 nyloc nuts (BCP13280) all are galvanised.
Gasket set contains BCP20105E x 2, BCP20086E x 3 & BCP13619 x 1
